Vendors (including brands, artisans, and partners) participating in Island Bazaar agree to:

  • Ensure that all products comply with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia
  • Maintain quality standards consistent with the Island Bazaar and Kura Kura Bali brand
  • Be responsible for all customer interactions, including inquiries, transactions, delivery, and after-sales support
  • Not sell prohibited, illegal, or infringing goods

Island Bazaar reserves the right to:

  • Approve, reject, or remove vendors at its sole discretion
  • Remove any content or product listing that does not meet our standards
  1. Event / Bazaar Participation Rules

For vendors participating in physical bazaar events organized by Island Bazaar:

  • Vendors must comply with event guidelines, schedules, and operational requirements
  • Booth setup, branding, and product display must follow the standards set by the organizer
  • Vendors are fully responsible for their own transactions, inventory, staffing, and operations
  • All necessary permits, licenses, and insurance (if applicable) are the responsibility of the vendor
  • Vendors must maintain cleanliness, safety, and respectful conduct during the event

Island Bazaar reserves the right to:

  • Reassign or modify booth arrangements if necessary
  • Remove any vendor who violates rules or disrupts the event
  • Cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances
